Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information PostPing processes to operate the bot and dashboard.
1. Discord information
PostPing processes your Discord user ID, display name, avatar, manageable server list and configured channel IDs. OAuth access is used to identify servers you can manage.
2. Configuration data
Follow records, notification history, inbox messages, Pro settings, support messages and broadcast records are stored in the local data directory.
3. Social platform data
Public account identifiers, profile details and recent public content may be processed to detect new posts. PostPing does not sell this information.
4. Cookies and security
The dashboard uses a secure session cookie and CSRF token. Do not share the application data folder, bot token, OAuth secret or session secret.
5. Retention and deletion
Data remains on the PostPing host until it is removed from the dashboard, deleted from the local database or the installation is reset.
